• The fabric must be in its original condition.
• The product must not have been altered, stitched, cut, dyed, or damaged.
• The original packaging, tags, and invoice should be retained where applicable.
• The return/exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to hygiene and product-specific reasons, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, or altered.
• Customized or specially prepared orders.
• Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
• Products returned after the 7-day return period.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs/videos of the item
• A description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will guide you through the exchange or replacement process.

Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

The replacement will be dispatched after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Exchange availability may depend on the availability of the requested product.

Return Shipping

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

If the item received is incorrect or defective, Gillani Fabrics will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable payment method or another agreed method, depending on the original payment option.

Please note that shipping charges may be non-refundable.
